Sylvester Oyugbo
An electrical/electronic engineer by training, Sylvester founded Resilio Africa to address, firsthand, the cost that network instability quietly imposes on payment infrastructure across the continent. Resilio's technology is developed under direct in-house technical direction, with independent security review built into the process before any pilot handles real transaction value.
